Faulty Products:
If you receive a faulty, damaged, wrongly described product, or a product that breaches a consumer guarantee from Hi Liquor Online store, we are happy to offer you store credit, exchange, or repair the product. Please note that for high-value products, we may need to assess the quality of the product before discussing an appropriate solution. In some cases, we may need to send the product to the manufacturer or repair agent for assessment. If you prefer, you may liaise with the manufacturer directly. To claim a faulty return, please send an email to info@hiliquor.com.au within 24-48 hours of receiving the delivery, and provide us with a valid proof of purchase, such as an original receipt, tax invoice, credit card statement, or My account statement.

Change of Mind Returns:
Please note that Hi Liquor Online store does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind purchases. Open or partially consumed bottles of alcohol can only be returned in certain circumstances, such as if the product is faulty or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product is not faulty or damaged, or if the return violates any relevant laws or regulations.
