Tasting Notes:
An inviting nose opens with gentle coastal smoke, medicinal herbs and mineral notes before revealing beautiful layers of ripe passionfruit, guava and citrus. Hints of sea shells, chalk, eucalyptus and soft camphor provide additional complexity. The palate is wonderfully balanced, offering delicate peat smoke, sea spray and briny freshness alongside tropical fruits, pink grapefruit, bergamot and smoked lemon. Subtle pepper, citrus zest and elegant oak carry into a long, refined finish of lingering tropical fruit, maritime salinity, herbal freshness and softly fading peat embers
