Released as the inaugural bottling in Club Qing's "I Do What I Like" series, this rare single cask expression was matured in a first-fill Oloroso quarter cask, producing a whisky where rich sherry influence takes centre stage while still allowing the underlying Highland spirit to shine. Inspired by the independent nature of cats and created in collaboration with Hong Kong artist KT518, this bottling embodies Club Qing's philosophy of selecting and bottling whisky purely by instinct and passion rather than market trends.

Tasting Notes:
An intensely sherried nose opens with dried apricots, aged mandarin peel, liquorice and old Cognac, complemented by savoury hints of fish sauce, bonfire smoke and traditional Chinese herbal medicine. The palate is rich and indulgent, delivering dark chocolate, dried dates, ripe oranges, sweet baking spices and hawthorn confection, all wrapped in a luxurious, full-bodied texture. The medium-length finish lingers with dark cocoa, warming oak spice and the elegant maturity that only three decades of careful ageing can provide.
