Tasting Notes:
A vibrant nose opens with ripe orchard fruits, honeyed malt and vanilla, layered with cinnamon, nutmeg and fragrant sweet baking spices. Hints of citrus peel, toasted almonds and delicate floral notes add further complexity. The palate is bold and full-bodied, delivering rich flavours of poached pear, golden syrup, creamy toffee and soft oak, supported by warming spice and beautifully integrated cask influence. The finish is long and satisfying, carrying lingering sweet spices, gentle pepper, dried fruits and elegant oak, leaving a rich and memorable impression.
