Fresh orchard fruits, honeycomb and vanilla lead the nose, accompanied by citrus zest, floral honey and gentle malt sweetness. Hints of toasted almonds, shortbread and delicate herbal spice emerge with time, supported by refined oak influence. The palate is rich and mouth-coating, offering baked apple, ripe pear, creamy vanilla and butterscotch layered with ginger spice, toasted cereals and subtle citrus oils. The finish is long and warming, leaving lingering notes of sweet malt, white pepper, vanilla cream and elegant Highland oak spice.
