Matured in a distinctive second fill PX Solera Quarter Cask and bottled at natural cask strength, it is a rare collaboration between some of Hong Kong's leading whisky specialists.

Tasting Notes:
Aromas of sweet peat smoke mingle with charred lemon, vanilla fudge and salted caramel, lifted by maritime sea spray and subtle medicinal herbs. Rich waves of smoked orchard fruits, raisin syrup and dark honey emerge alongside gentle notes of barbecue embers and toasted oak. The palate is oily and beautifully balanced, delivering coastal brine, citrus zest, creamy vanilla and earthy peat wrapped in layers of dried fruits from the PX cask influence. The finish is long and warming, leaving lingering campfire smoke, cracked black pepper, cocoa, maritime salinity and elegant oak spice that slowly fades into sweet, smoky complexity.
