The Kanpaikai & Antelope 1995 Dailuaine 30 Year Old Single Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a rare and beautifully matured Speyside release distilled in 1995 and aged for 30 years before bottling in 2025. Drawn from a single refill hogshead cask, this exceptional whisky highlights Dailuaine’s rich, waxy spirit character while delivering the depth and complexity that only extended maturation can achieve. Bottled at natural cask strength with only 143 bottles produced, this is an ultra-limited release created exclusively for Kanpaikai & The Antelope.

This bottling forms part of the “Dollar Cat Series 2,” a collectible label series developed for Kanpaikai & The Antelope. The series combines striking contemporary artwork with carefully selected single cask whiskies sourced from prestigious Scottish distilleries, celebrating both rarity and individuality within the independent bottling scene.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: A vibrant, nutty oak aroma. Initially slightly dry, it gradually opens to reveal grated apple, pear, and other white fruits, with a faint sweetness reminiscent of pancakes. A well-developed aromatic depth shaped by maturation. Palate: An oily, full-bodied mouthfeel leads into a rich spread of toasty yet sweet malt flavours. The finish is robust and persistent, driven by malty intensity, spicy accents, and a gently bitter, woody character.
