Selected exclusively for The Antelope Macau, this single cask Deanston highlights the distillery’s celebrated waxy spirit character, elegant fruit profile and textured mouthfeel. Matured in a refill hogshead and bottled at natural cask strength, this release captures the purity and balance of long-aged Deanston with remarkable precision and complexity.

Tasting Notes:
Elegant aromas of candied citrus, honeyed malt and soft floral notes rise alongside hints of beeswax, vanilla cream and dried meadow herbs. Layers of orange blossom, lemon peel and ripe orchard fruits develop with subtle touches of chalk, spice and delicate oak. The palate is rich and beautifully textured, delivering waves of candied mandarins, honey, gentle minerality and waxy malt balanced by notes of liquorice, white pepper and soft herbal complexity. The finish is long, fresh and refined, carrying lingering citrus oils, mineral salinity, delicate spice and mature oak into a remarkably balanced conclusion.
