Rich maritime character opens with gentle coastal smoke, sea salt and mineral notes layered alongside dried orchard fruits, citrus peel and dark honey. The refill sherry influence brings notes of stewed fruits, subtle chocolate and warming spice without overwhelming the underlying spirit. The palate develops with oily malt, baked apple, orange zest and delicate smoke, followed by hints of dark chocolate, polished oak and gentle pepper. A long, warming finish carries lingering maritime salinity, mature fruit, soft smoke and refined oak spice.
