Rich sherry influence opens with layers of raisin, dark cherry, honey and warming spice, supported by Highland Park’s signature heathery peat character. Notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, citrus zest and cocoa develop alongside subtle maritime smoke and toasted oak. The palate is full-bodied and oily with dark fruits, caramel sweetness and gentle earthy complexity, leading into a long, warming finish of soft smoke, espresso, oak spice and lingering dried fruit sweetness.
