Founded in 1973 by Kirin in partnership with Seagram, Chivas Brothers and Four Roses, Fuji Gotemba Distillery was designed to combine Scotch, Bourbon and Canadian whisky-making techniques within a single distillery. Situated in a cool, mist-covered climate with pristine volcanic water sourced from Mount Fuji, the distillery has become internationally recognised for producing elegant and delicately fruity whiskies that reflect both Japanese craftsmanship and innovation.

On the nose, Fuji Single Grain opens with floral aromas, orchard fruits, pear pie, candied chestnut and subtle citrus zest. The palate is smooth and full-bodied, revealing layers of poached pear, apple compote, dark chocolate and gentle spice balanced by toasted oak and soft sweetness. The finish is mellow and lingering, with delicate incense, cinnamon, oak tannin and refined grain character providing exceptional balance and elegance.
