Tasting Notes:
Elegant coastal peat smoke opens alongside notes of sea salt, medicinal herbs and charred oak. Layers of vanilla cream, citrus peel and tropical fruit emerge with time, balanced by earthy smoke, iodine and soft pepper spice. The palate is rich yet refined, delivering mature oak influence without overpowering the distillate. The finish is long, warming and complex, carrying lingering peat embers, maritime salinity and subtle sweetness that reflect the remarkable maturity of this aged Islay single malt.
