Tasting Notes:
Nose – Chargrilled mango skins and toasted banana with waves of dusty coal smoke explode from the glass. Rich melted dark chocolate develops alongside subtle fresh mint leaves, showcasing remarkable maturity and depth.

Palate – An initial tropical sweetness unfolds with flavours of passion fruit and baked mango, balanced by dusty dark smoke, cola and warming ginger spice. The peat gradually evolves into rich tobacco notes and dark cherry jam.

Finish – Dried passion fruit and lime linger through the finish as the sooty smoke softens into elegant eucalyptus and cooling mint, creating a long, layered and beautifully structured conclusion.
