Anchor 2003 Secret Irish 21 Year Old – The Elysian 9th Anniversary is a rare and beautifully matured Irish single malt whisky distilled in 2003 and bottled after 21 years of ageing in celebration of The Elysian Whisky Bar’s 9th Anniversary. Supported by Anchor and bottled exclusively for The Elysian, this limited release highlights the elegance and complexity of long-aged Irish whiskey while showcasing the collaborative spirit between independent bottlers and Australia’s whisky community. Widely believed by enthusiasts to originate from one of Ireland’s most respected distilleries, this bottling offers exceptional depth, vibrancy and drinkability.

Tasting Notes:
The nose opens with sweet orchard fruits, honeydew melon, grassy freshness and confectionary sweetness layered with delicate malt and tropical fruit. The palate is rich and fruit-forward, delivering notes of kiwi, green apple, nectarine and soft honeyed malt balanced by creamy vanilla and gentle oak influence. The finish is long, vibrant and elegant, with lingering fruit sweetness, grassy undertones and refined bourbon cask character that beautifully showcases the maturity of aged Irish single malt whisky.

We offer free returns within 30 days. All you have to do is fill out the return slip that you received in your package and stick the prepaid label on the package.Please note that it can take 2 weeks for us to process your return. We will do our best to complete this process as soon as possible.
