Tasting Notes:
An elegant combination of coastal peat smoke, charred oak and maritime salinity opens on the nose, followed by hints of smoked citrus, vanilla cream and medicinal herbs. The palate is rich and oily with layers of earthy peat, black pepper, grilled lemon, ash and subtle sweetness developing alongside mature oak influence. The finish is long, warming and beautifully balanced, carrying lingering smoke, sea salt, soft spice and refined cask complexity that reflects over two decades of careful maturation.
