Tasting Notes:
An intensely aromatic nose opens with an explosion of vibrant citrus and tropical fruits, displaying remarkable freshness and elegance. Passionfruit and clementine lead the way, intertwined beautifully with layers of pineapple, orange zest, lemon peel and soft melon notes. Beneath the fruit lies an intricate depth of polished oak, eucalyptus, warming clove spice and subtle walnut richness, adding impressive structure and complexity.

The palate is rich, succulent and bursting with vivid fruit character. Bright citrus oils dominate initially, delivering refreshing waves of orange, lemon and candied zest, while yellow stone fruits, mirabelle plums and ripe peaches build further depth. Tropical fruits sit more delicately in the background as notes of fresh oak, soft licorice and gentle herbal tones emerge. A slight drying bitterness gradually develops, tempering the sweetness and adding further maturity and structure to the whisky.

The finish is long, elegant and beautifully layered, combining lingering vanilla oak, soft fruit sweetness and that signature fresh eucalyptus and licorice character, all carried by refined mature wood influence.
