Tasting Notes:
The nose opens with indulgent aromas of milk chocolate, candied orange peel and honey-roasted nuts, layered alongside subtle dried fruits and warming oak spice. Rich sweetness develops further with hints of raisins, cocoa and caramelised almonds adding depth and complexity. On the palate, notes of freshly baked spiced cake and rustic oatcakes emerge, supported by dense forest honey and warming baking spices. Almond crunch and toasted nuts provide texture and richness, while soft oak and gentle sweetness carry through the dram beautifully. The finish is long and satisfying, lingering with honeyed malt, chocolate, nutty spice and delicate dried fruit warmth.
