Tasting Notes:
A wonderfully mature and distinctly coastal profile opens with leafy herbs, dried grasses and green tea alongside lime peel, sea breeze and delicate maritime salinity. Subtle notes of seaweed and smoked fish develop beneath the surface, complemented by aged malt, mineral oils and restrained oak. The palate is beautifully oily and savoury, bringing cracked pepper, coastal brine and herbal complexity together with gentle sweetness, citrus and mature wood. Layers of green tea, dried herbs and earthy malt persist into a warming, lingering finish, where peppery spice, coastal minerals and beautifully integrated oak gradually fade.
