Tasting Notes:
Rich dried fruits and dark honey open alongside orange peel, roasted nuts and warming Oloroso sherry character. Layers of raisins, dates and baked orchard fruits develop with notes of polished oak, dark chocolate and gentle baking spice. The palate is rich and concentrated, combining dried fruit sweetness with malt, toasted almonds, citrus oils and warming cinnamon before moving into a long, structured finish of dark fruit, cocoa, nutty sherry, pepper and lingering mature oak.
