Tasting Notes:
Vibrant orchard fruits lead with ripe pear, crisp apple and quince, layered with pink grapefruit, lime peel and touches of tropical fruit. Delicate vanilla, sponge cake and almond notes emerge alongside dried grasses and a subtle mineral character. The palate is bright and fruit-forward, bringing pineapple, pear, grapefruit, yellow cherries and gooseberry together with gentle sweetness and a dry, elegant structure. The finish remains fresh and persistent, with citrus oils, orchard fruit, soft minerality and lingering malt complexity.
