Tasting Notes:
Elegant waves of coastal peat smoke intertwine with citrus oils, maritime salinity and subtle medicinal herbs. Layers of vanilla cream, tropical fruit and soft oak develop alongside notes of lemon peel, cigar ash and gentle spice. The palate is rich yet refined, carrying oily smoke, brine, orchard fruits and delicate sweetness into a long, warming finish filled with lingering peat embers, pepper and mature oak complexity.
