Tasting Notes:
An intensely aromatic nose opens with rich Black Forest cake, dark chocolate and waves of powerful old-style sherry. Notes of liquorice, cigar tobacco and cracked black pepper intertwine with dense dark fruits, polished leather and warming cinnamon spice. Beneath the richness lies a savoury depth of roasted nuts, meaty undertones and subtle winery characteristics that add further complexity and maturity.

The palate delivers a full-bodied sherry bomb bursting with salted caramel, dark chocolate and sticky dried fruits. Layers of cinnamon rolls, tobacco leaf and rich leather develop alongside notes of black cherries, raisins and stewed dark fruits. The spirit carries a beautifully weighty and savoury texture, with meaty nuances balancing the sweetness and spice throughout.

A remarkably long finish follows with lingering dark roasted coffee beans, black sugar and bold liquorice richness. Waves of toffee, caramelised sugar and cola syrup emerge alongside mature oak spice and subtle bitterness, leaving a deep, warming and endlessly evolving conclusion.
