Rosebank New Make Spirit (200ml) is an exceptionally rare release from the legendary Rosebank Distillery, offering whisky enthusiasts a unique opportunity to experience the distillery’s character in its purest form before maturation. Produced following the revival of Rosebank Distillery in Falkirk, Scotland, this limited new make spirit showcases the elegant and floral spirit style that originally made Rosebank one of Scotland’s most revered Lowland distilleries. Presented in a 200ml bottle, this release is both a collector’s piece and a fascinating insight into the foundation of future Rosebank whisky.

Rosebank Distillery was originally founded in 1840 and became internationally renowned for its delicate triple-distilled Lowland spirit. Following its closure in 1993, Rosebank achieved near-mythical status among whisky collectors due to the rarity and quality of remaining stocks. After extensive restoration and redevelopment, the distillery was revived under new ownership, with this New Make Spirit representing one of the earliest opportunities to experience the rebirth of the iconic distillery and the continuation of its historic production style.
Tasting Notes:
Fresh floral aromas are immediately apparent, accompanied by notes of pear drops, lemon zest, sweet malt and soft vanilla cream. The palate is vibrant and oily with delicate orchard fruits, honeyed cereal sweetness and gentle herbal complexity balanced by warming spice from the high-strength spirit. The finish is clean, crisp and elegant, highlighting the refined character and signature lightness historically associated with Rosebank spirit.
