Tasting Notes:

The aroma is beautifully mature and complex, opening with ripe nectarines, white grapes and bright lemon alongside delicate vanilla and seasoned oak. Subtle dried fruits and an underlying malty richness introduce additional depth, while gentle wood spice reflects the whisky’s extraordinary age. The palate is concentrated yet elegant, revealing caramelised peaches, citrus and creamy vanilla accompanied by warming spice and beautifully integrated oak. A distinctive oily texture carries the fruit through the mid-palate, with gentle honeyed sweetness and refined oak providing balance. The finish is exceptionally long and composed, with lingering citrus, soft caramel, mature oak and delicate malt gradually giving way to a sophisticated, gently spicy conclusion.
