Tasting Notes:

The aroma is wonderfully delicate and mature, opening with ripe orchard fruits, particularly golden apples and soft pears, alongside waxy lemon peel and a gentle honeyed sweetness. Subtle vanilla, malt biscuits and seasoned oak develop underneath, creating an elegant balance between fresh fruit and the deeper complexity of extended maturation. The palate is beautifully rounded and refined, revealing honeyed malt, soft citrus and ripe orchard fruits accompanied by creamy vanilla and delicate oak spice. A subtle waxy texture carries the fruit through the mid-palate, while gentle toasted cereal and mature wood provide additional structure without overpowering the whisky’s natural elegance. The finish is long and sophisticated, with lingering lemon zest, honeyed malt and soft orchard fruits gradually giving way to refined oak, delicate spice and a beautifully balanced, gently dry conclusion.
