Tasting Notes:

The aroma is wonderfully rich and expressive, opening with ripe plums and dark raisins alongside the delicate sweetness of malt. Layers of cinnamon, seasoned oak and subtle dried fruits gradually emerge, introducing warmth and depth to the generous sherry character. The palate is full-bodied and beautifully textured, revealing rich toffee and creamy caramel accompanied by bittersweet dark chocolate. Gentle oak spice provides structure beneath the sweetness, while Edradour’s naturally robust malt character contributes additional richness and balance. The finish is long and warming, with lingering dark fruits and caramel gradually giving way to pronounced oak spice, delicate chocolate and a refined, gently dry conclusion.
