Tasting Notes:

The aroma is wonderfully mature and expressive, opening with ripe tropical fruits, particularly sun-dried mango, caramelised pineapple and fragrant papaya. Layers of passionfruit and dried apricot develop alongside honeyed vanilla, toasted coconut and subtle seasoned oak. The palate is beautifully rounded and remarkably rich, with luscious mango and caramelised pineapple accompanied by creamy vanilla, golden honey and roasted coconut. Gentle sherry influence adds depth without overwhelming the vibrant fruit, while delicate oak spice and a soft, waxy texture provide structure and complexity. The finish is exceptionally long and elegant, with lingering tropical fruits, honeyed sweetness and toasted coconut gradually giving way to refined oak spice and a beautifully fresh, fruit-driven conclusion.
