Tasting Notes:
The nose is remarkably expressive and precise, opening with vibrant aromas of pink banana, vineyard peach and ripe guava layered over polished wood, soft tropical sweetness and delicate floral tones. With water, the rum develops extraordinary purity and elegance, revealing deeper notes of exotic fruits, waxed wood and refined oak polish.
On the palate, the texture is rich, concentrated and intensely flavourful. Bright pink grapefruit, tropical fruit and citrus oils are balanced by a refined mineral edge and subtle wine-like freshness, creating exceptional complexity and balance. Dilution unlocks further layers of ripe fruit, resinous sweetness and delicate spice, delivering an incredibly vibrant and elegant drinking experience.
The finish is long, structured and memorable, carrying lingering notes of fir wood, pine nuts, tropical fruits and gentle oak spice with remarkable freshness and intensity throughout.
