Tasting Notes:
Ripe orchard fruits and citrus peel lead into layers of waxy malt, honey, green apple and subtle tropical fruit, underpinned by mineral notes and gentle oak. The palate develops with oily malt, pear, lemon zest and stone fruit alongside touches of vanilla, white pepper and earthy spice. The finish is long and textured, carrying lingering citrus oils, waxy fruit, dry oak and warming spice.
