Tasting Notes:
An intriguing combination of rich sherry character and Miltonduff’s underlying maltiness opens with dark berries, blackcurrant and cooked fruits alongside roasted almonds, cinnamon and red pepper spice. Savoury undertones of toasted grain and subtle earthy notes add complexity beneath the sweeter fruit. The palate develops with bitter chocolate, roasted cereals and warming spice, balanced by fragrant tea and green cardamom. The finish is long and unconventional, revealing roasted tea, candied ginger, passionfruit and dried fig with lingering spice, dark fruit and a gently savoury edge.
