This bottling represents the first rum collaboration between Anchor and The Elysian Whisky Bar, combining independent bottling culture with one of Barbados’ most celebrated distilleries. Founded in 1995 by David Seale and now led by renowned master distiller Richard Seale, Foursquare has become globally respected for producing authentic, additive-free rum using traditional Barbadian methods that combine both pot and column distillation.

On the nose, expect sweet macerated fruits, vanilla, perfume-like elegance and warming brown sugar notes layered with gentle spice. The palate is rich, viscous and beautifully textured, opening with dried fruits, confectionery sweetness and soft spice before developing into deeper oak influence and chewy complexity. The finish is long and drying, carrying lingering spice, caramelised sugar and mature cask character that highlights the sophistication of long-aged Foursquare rum.
