Tasting Notes:
A beautifully layered profile opens with aromas of ripe orchard fruits, beeswax, honey and old oak balanced by subtle herbal and mineral undertones. The palate delivers notes of candied citrus, vanilla cream, malt biscuits and tropical fruit alongside the classic oily texture associated with mature Ben Nevis. Gentle spice, waxy richness and soft earthy complexity develop throughout the palate before leading into a long and elegant finish filled with lingering citrus oils, oak spice and refined sweetness.
