Tasting Notes:
The nose opens with layers of honey, tropical fruits and creamy vanilla balanced by gentle oak spice, toasted malt and subtle rum sweetness. The palate is rich and silky, delivering notes of caramelised sugar, ripe banana, orange zest and brown sugar alongside hints of roasted nuts, molasses and warming spice derived from the Ex TDL Rum Cask maturation. A soft malt sweetness carries through the whisky, complemented by elegant oak influence and a warming mouthfeel. The finish is long, smooth and well-structured, leaving lingering notes of vanilla cream, dark sugar, tropical fruit and soft spice.
